Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sky Laark Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. We will gladly make a correction if the error occurred on our end.

We try to ship our orders out as quickly as possible, and for that reason we DO NOT accept cancellations.

Shipping

All free shipping is mailed through regular mail with Canada Post. To get a tracked parcel, you would need to upgrade your shipping.

All international shipments may be subject to import duty fees when they go through the customs process in your country. Sky Laark Designs is not responsible for any import duty or fees. Please contact your local mail service to find out what percentage that may be.

Please ensure that you have read our shipping policy. We do not issue refunds for international orders.

All orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days of the orders being place.
