Please note that 5″ inches is measured from the furthest point of the design from left to right.
~~~ PRODUCTION ~~~
Production times are generally 1-5 business days to create orders. Please note that this is in addition to the shipping time outlined below. Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, keeping in mind that the care and quality of your product is our priority. We recommend that you order as far in advance from your event as possible, as we cannot control the processing time on the couriers end.

Since all orders are custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations.
~~~ CARE INSTRUCTIONS ~~~
Please keep in mind that all our toppers are handmade using cardstock. Some designs may be more fragile than others. Please use care when removing from the packaging and we recommend handling your toppers by the stem rather than the design area.

All items are shipped as letter mail with NO TRACKING and *generally* takes 3-7 business days within Canada. And 1-2 weeks for international.
If you would like tracking AND/OR expedited shipping please use the shipping upgrade that includes tracking and faster shipping during the checkout.
